We would like to inform you of a scheduled maintenance window for the Allocatus Sync Service due to an essential infrastructure upgrade. As a result, there will be a temporary downtime of the Allocatus Sync Service.
During this time, the Allocatus Sync will be unavailable. This means:
Calendar/Task synchronization will be temporarily paused.
No new updates will be pushed or pulled between systems. This means if you publish a project in Microsoft Project, it will not appear in the Allocatus Viewer during the maintenance period. After that, your changes will appear.
All services will automatically resume once the maintenance is complete. No user action is required.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve the reliability of our platform.
